OT-Stores w/Lay-Away

We are just in the beginning stages of our move/remodel of my in-laws 150 y.o. farmhouse. I would like to get started on the decorating, but I can't see buying stuff (new bedding, room decor items) when we may not need it it for 6-8 months. But, if I find something now, it may not be available then?! Which stores, besides Wal-Mart and K-Mart have lay-aways. I do lay-away for Christmas, but only at these stores.
