"Oops message when clicking SWA ding fares

I've had "Ding" in my computer for years with no issues. Suddenly, I get an "oops" message 100% of the time after I click on it. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I am using Mozilla Firefox on a computer with a Windows XP operating system.

Try reinstalling it.
