May 8-11, Swan Reserve (we're Marriott Plat so hoping for a nice upgrade). 33rd Bday trip for me, first trip for my 11 month old! My sister and I grew up going to Disney frequently, so this will be a special trip for us. Going with my parents, so will have plenty of help with the little one. Trying desperately to snag Topolino for a birthday breakfast, and there was nothing when I got on my 60+3 Hopefully something will open up soon (birthday dinner would be tougher with the little one!). Was able to snag a La Cava Tequila experience on my birthday for me and my husband and dad, and a Droid Depot for an early Father's Day gift for my husband.

As a Disney fan and the new grandparent of a 6 week old, I am looking forward to going along when DD takes grandson on his first trip.

I will be there May 7th-15th with my sister and best friend. This trip was originally scheduled in May 2020 and had to be rescheduled 3 times so third time's the charm!! We'll be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village (with a savannah view) with 6 park days and 1 Universal day. I managed to grab every single dining reservation we wanted on the days we wanted, so everything is all prepared. We're SO excited for this trip to actually happen!!

Got all the ADR’s I wanted except ‘Ohana dinner. And Seats & Treats fireworks dessert party isn’t available to book yet for my dates, but I’m stalking the website waiting for them to drop the next batch.
This will be our first time staying at the Polynesian and we’re so excited!

FYI, was able to snag an awesome Oga's reservation for the 9th!!!! A bunch opened up yesterday.

Anyone nervous about May crowds? I was hopeful it would be a little lower but wow is April filling up fast for park reservations!

I hope it's not too crazy. This is our big Disney trip for our family. We last went in 2014 so I'm hoping we can ride all the big ones my kids want to do this trip.

Anyone else going early/mid May a little bummed about GotG? I had no expectations that it would be open when we went but somehow now knowing we will just miss it is a downer lol. Especially because we are not DVC/AP/D23 etc and will be there the week of previews (assumption based on other threads) so knowing other people will be riding is giving me some FOMO…sigh…first world problems.

Luckily I'm reading more and more reports of people just back who had amazing trips and got everything done they planned to do and more! First week of May park reservations are already filling up but I don't feel so nervous about it anymore after reading the recent trip reports!

I am bummed a little about GOTG opening the DAY I LEAVE, but that just means I will be away from the Epcot crowds and out doing stuff.... I was prepared for it to be this way anyway

We are May 7th - 17th. 3 nights in a Copper Creek Cabin at Wilderness Lodge, and then 7 nights at Beach Club Villas

May 25th - 30th at Gran Destino Towers. Only reason we booked is for GotG Cosmic Rewind! It was a hard sell to my wife since we just got back from WDW 4 weeks ago but the kids were on my side lol.
