Behind a paywall. Can you summarize please?

Basically the original contractor for the SSR reno and Disney are battling things out in court over money and failure to perform work. A lot of subcontractors are owed money by the original contractor who blames Disney for not paying them...the subs are suing the contractor, they in turn sue Disney, who in turn counter sued the contractor. The smaller guys end up in the worst situation out of everyone.
