I hope they show you an aerial view of Cars Land as it is right now. They did that for Walt Disney World's Fantasyland during the May Destination D event - it's really fascinating to look at those kind of pictures.

I don't recall all the details, but Premier gets guaranteed admission to Arena Events, Sorcerer's get admission to all events. We get to start shopping Thursday, and we have a lounge with snacks and a cash bar. Other than that I don't remember the details, probably some sort of goodie bag with bling. Mainly I wanted the Arena seating (would have like all seating, but those were sold out) and liked the idea of free food and place to relax. However, now I'm not sure if I'll have time to get there!

That would be very interesting.

Ooh, I'm glad I found this TR. We are going Fri and Sat only. We are local, but used DVC for one night so we can just pass out quickly! It looks like you are going to a couple different things than me, so that will be great to fill in the blanks!

Ooh, I'm glad I found this TR. We are going Fri and Sat only. We are local, but used DVC for one night so we can just pass out quickly! It looks like you are going to a couple different things than me, so that will be great to fill in the blanks!

We thought about using our DVC, but we wanted to stay closer so we used our Hilton points. Feel free to post pictures here if you do something different at the same time we are!

I saw Anaheim was supposed to be 90 today, we were only supposed to be 83 in Long Beach. Good to know that was tasty. We hope to try dinner at Trader Sams for our trip on the first weekend in October. We like that menu a little better even if it is all finger foods. Besides since we'll be staying on campus, we figured we could have a few "adult beverages" without worrying about driving!

Well this will not be a big food porn TR and most of it will be homemade. I hope the Convention Center employees don't enforce the "no outside food & beverage" rule. We have all the fixins for Chinese Chicken Salad, Chef Salad, and Turkey sandwiches. Plus I brought everything we need for breakfast too.

The big camera is charged and I have two 2 GB blank memory cards and the telephoto lens.

When was the ETA to be out the door?

We are now officially out the door. It's a good thing that I know us and that we always run 1/2 to several hours late. I set our "leave" time at 11:00 knowing that we would run late. Check in at the Expo is in 70 minutes and we are less than 20 minutes away from the Hilton.

Let the fun begin!

I am wanting to go to a Starbucks meet depending on how early it is (I need coffee to wake up, but I enjoy my sleep...double edged sword!). I am looking forward to all the events this weekend. It should be a good expo!
