I was ub WDW in August 2017 and it rolled out halfway through my trip. I found it quite difficult to find and not intuitive. Not sure if that has improved.
I know this is an old thread, but has it ever been fixed for DVC'ers? I have a DVC trip booked next month, and I just added the dining plan, but can't see the credits, even after following the instructions in this thread.

Does that include early check in too?Yes. It only shows after your credits become "active"...which happens after you check in.

Second day here and it still doesn’t show up on mine. Had 2 CMs yesterday tell me it might take until that night or overnight to show up. Called Disney help line tonight and was transferred to the app specialists. Was told to delete and reload the app. Still didn’t show and was told there was nothing else they could do to make it populate.
It took me a while to find this, and the cast members were no help. But if you click on order food, like you want to do a mobile order, then click on a restaurant (during its operating hours), there is a link to view your dining plan meal and snack balance.

That doesn’t seem to be the case as I’ve made two mobile orders so far. I did book my vacation package through a friend’s wife that is a travel agent. Wouldn’t think that would matter but noticed DVCers were or perhaps still are having issues with this also.Interesting. We didn't utilize mobile order in August. I wonder if that's why we didn't have accesss to our meal and snack balance. Thanks for mentioning this!
