Thanks Cam!

I've been wanting to join this gym I've been talking about but the want $149 for membership fees! That money could be used on my Disney trip! The monthly bill would be $58 for my husband and kids so that's not bad but the membership fee is expensive I think.

Tuesday:

b: 4 saltines

l: fried spam, egg and cheese on english muffin with water

s: c. trail mix w/ diet pepsi

d: will be a c. tuna helper w/ some sort of veggie w/ either water or diet pepsi

and maybe a no pudge ice cream

No exercise today. I guess I'm feeling lazy and I don't have much gas left in my suv.
 
Wednesday:

b: 2 or 3 cups of cereal-can't remember!

l- sandwich w/ 2 cups of chili cheese fritos

d- spaghetti w/ homemade meatballs and a garlic breadstick w/ diet pepsi

No exercise

Thursday-
b: 3 mini pancakes w/ sliced bananas, fat free whipped cream, and syrup

s: 1 c. chili cheese fritos

l: california turkey wrap- small w/ water and half a brownie

s: 1 c. chili cheese fritos + water

d: 1 piece hawaiian pizza and a c. cheese/bacon fries YUM w/ sweet tea!

No exercise
 
Stephanie - sorry I haven't been here in a while but was pleasantly surprised when I came to read and found out how great you are doing!!! Good for you for finding a gym closer to home and hope things work out either for that gym or the one the trainer is starting!!!!!

Well, I haven't been to the gym in a week but plan to start back on Monday.
 
monday-
b: 1 c. multigrain cheerios w/ 1/2 c. reduced fat milk

l: c. potato,broccoli, and cheese soup w/diet pepsi

s: 3/4 c. trail mix

s: 100 calorie oreo pack

d: 1 c. chicken helper

d: no pudge strawberry shortcake w/ water

Didn't go to the gym but did 42 mins of gazelle at home. I checked my weight on Saturday and it said 147 but then I checked today and it says 150 :rolleyes: .
 
Tuesday-
b: multigrain cheerios 1 c. milk and reduced fat milk 1/2 c.

Went to the gym. Did 30 mins of cardio and 1 hoour of strength training

s: 100 calorie trail mix pack

l: lean cuisine meal

s: 100 calorie sandies

d: 1 c.cheesy enchilada
1/2 c. broccoli

d: no pudge fudgesicle
w/ lots of water!
 
Wednesday
b: half multigrain cheerios and half honecomb cereal w/ 1/2 c.milk

l: 1/2 c. of hamburger helper leftovers with a couple pieces of broccoli w/ water


d: 2 grilled pork chops
1 pieces of grilled beef, one tortilla, a piece of fat free cheese, and a dollop of pinto beans
3-4 slices of pineapple
w/ diet pepsi

No exercise
 
Friday-

b: 3 mini pancakes w/ syrup

l: 2 grilled fat free cheese sandwiches
w/ a couple spoons of tomato soup

d: one taco and half a chicken sandwich w/ water

Went to the ymca for a free trial. They don't have many strength training machines but I was able to do everything I needed to do. 40 mins cardio+80 mins strength training.
I'm going to check out another ymca close by. Its older but supposed to have more stuff than the newer ymca.

I also called disney and was able to get my last adr! woohooo

So I'm arriving on Dec 8-15

Friday- marrakesh for lunch and le cellier and clp for dinner
Saturday- crystal palace for lunch and 1900 park fare for dinner
Sunday- breakfastosaurus, tusker house, and artist point
Monday- not sure for lunch but brown derby/fantasmic package for dinner
Tuesday-kona cafe, liberty tree tavern for late lunch and MVMCP!
Wednesday- richard petty king's experience for dh. We'll decide when we get there what we want to do for that day
Thursday- Princess tea party and pirate cruise for my dd and ds. Then we may explore downtown disney before going home.
 
Sounds like you are continuing to do an AWESOME job on this journey. Your trip sound FANTASTIC!!!

That's so cool you were able to get your ADRs finished. We'll overlap you by a few days (we're 12/4 - 12/9). I've never been to WDW in early Dec so I can't wait to try it out. It's close enough to start getting really excited about, isn't it?!?

Monday:

l: quarter pounder w/ cheese meal and sweet tea

d: 1 c. hamburger helper and 1/2 c.green beans

No exercise
 
Tuesday:

b: 1 c. cereal w/ 1/2 c. milk

l: chicken bryan w/ broccoli

d: 1 piece of pepperoni pizza, couple of doritos, and a c. oreo ice cream
w/ a mt dew

No exercise
 
Wednesday
b: 2 small muffins

l: half a can of chicken,potato,broccoli, and cheese soup w/ diet pepsi

d: one cheeseburger and one hotdog
w/ diet mt dew
water

No exercise
I signed up to volunteer at my son's school. So, I've spent 8 hours so far volunteering! I like it and it gets me out of the house.

No exercise
 
Thursday_

d: salmon w/ corn

with water and diet pepsi

Stephanie -- I am so impressed with the discipline you have to not snack between meals. I feel like my stomach wants food every 3 hours or so.

If I know I'm going to be eating a big calorie dinner then I won't eat any snacks. Although sometimes I forget to do that lol
If I do have a snack, I usually have a 100 calorie snack pack.

Hey, I haven't posted in a while! I've been busy volunteering at son's school, joined a mom's club, cub scouts, ds' soccer, and enrolled my dd in ballet/tap dance. I haven't joined a gym yet. I hope to join one by next Friday. I'm at 146 pounds. Losing weight hasn't been such a big deal lately for me. We are currently trying to conceive too. I'll still go to the gym as much as I can while pregnant but I don't think I'll worry too much about food.
