Great start! We will be on the Magic in January and can't wait. It will be our 2nd cruise (first one was on the Wonder which also has a shawarma station I think). Can't wait to read more about your trip!
Oh cool! The shwarma station was a really nice snack! I was bored with burgers and hot dogs and I didn't really like the pizza, it was bland but shwarma gets a thumbs up for me!
Thanks for reading!
I’m almost a week late, but I’m here!
This cruise looks so cool to me and I think sailing out of NYC would be amazing.
We are going on the Magic for the first time this summer. I’ll have to go back and reread that first TR again.
Hi!! Great seeing you here!
It was sooo much fun, I loved sailing out of NYC. It makes things so much easier and I can over pack if I want to!
The Magic is awesome! Not as grand as the Dream class ships but it made it much quicker to get anywhere. We were literally just upstairs from the Buena Vista theater and just 3 flights up was Cabanas and the drink station.
all caught up and following along. I love all your trip reports!
Thank you so much!!

Thank you!!
Love the video and it really helps me get a better sense of the size of the room. How fun to have that FB meet at the start of the cruise! I’m pretty convinced I’m not organized enough to do fish extenders, haha.
Thank you! The rooms are small but much more spacious than I imagined them to be. It's about 50 sq ft smaller than our room on the Fantasy but we also had my sister on that cruise.
I was not that great imagination-wise with my fish extender gifts. It was our first time doing it and I didn't have time to be crafty or unique. I pretty much bought stuff on amazon and etsy and bundled them together. I got drawstring Mickey backpacks for the ladies, a Matching lanyard for the guys, and a shared room gift of a Mickey bottle opener that looked like a key. (We had an adults-only FE). It was great receiving the unique gifts from everyone though. Lots of tote bags, some embroidered or painted with Mickeys or the cruise line logo. Lots of sweets. A lot of handmade stuff. I was impressed, but I don't think I'd do it again unless leaving from NYC just because of the amount of stuff you have to pack and bring home.
Following along! Can't wait to hear about your cruise!!!
Thank you and welcome!
