is there a Best CS restaurant either at EpCot or Mara?

DH will have 3 counter service left so we're planning on using them for breakfast the day we switch from AKL to BCV. We're planning on spending the day at EpCot. Is there a CS for breakfast in EpCot that would be better than eating at Mara? (I know brkfst is not the best use of CS credit)

I don't know about a BEST, but our worst (and only bad) CS was the Fish & Chips place at England. Small portion, mediocre food, slowly served. But really nice CM's!
