Hey thanks to a post on the CB I found where you guys have been hanging out. Want to start a food/diet journal but for now I'll begin with my exercise journal.
This morning (as I like to do most mornings) I went on a 2mile walk around the circle in front of my house. Got DS on the bus and got out there. I have time most mornings btwn 720 when DS gets on the bus and 815 when I need to get ready for work. Not sure exactly how much I walked but I figure each time around the circle is about .2mile. 10x's I consider 2miles.
I usually walk at least 2miles/day. If I skip a day I make it up a different day.
Also like to end my day by getting out there and walking too. I feel it's my time to play in the outdoors.
Last night I also got out and mowed the front yard. Hopefully tonight I'll have the motivation to finish the back & sides.
Last Sept-Nov (when I was getting ready for a cruise) I upped my walking to 3miles/day and it did pay off.
Now I should get back out there because the kids get out of school/summer starts in 8wks!
