How do we know who our guide is?

We purchased a resale last month and have recieved our planning books and ID cards. Do we have a particular guide and how do we know who they are? I had someone call me from DVC quality control and left a message on my machine to make sure we received ll our documents and cards, his name was Larry is he my guide?

No QA isn't part of the sales/guide staff. If you did the tour pfeviosly while at WDW then it is likely that person is your guide. Call DCC and they can look up your file and tell you.

I have noticed our guide's name on various promotional mailings that we get re: DVC. Since we don't get them all that often, you may have to wait a while until you see one. You could of course call too.
