Help me with HRH, please!!!!

If we stay at Hard Rock one night, check in early to get our key so we can go to the park and use the Front of the Line feature, what about check-out? If we have to check -out at 10 a.m. and give our key back, how do we get FOTL access for that day at the park?

You have FOTL access until park closing on your check out day. Have fun!

eljojo - you don't turn your room key in when you check out - they just reprogram the door for the next guest - all the room keys have your names printed right on them (no good to anyone else!). You'll love FOTL!

You can either leave your luggage in the car, or they will tag and hold it for you (might be better if it's a hot day). When you get back to the hotel you just call down and they will bring it up to your room. Of course you will need to tip whoever tags it for holding and then whoever brings it to your room - if that is a concern, you could just leave it in the car and retrieve it yourself when you get back from the parks! - they really make it very easy either way - we LOVED the Hard Rock !!

We, too, just got back from HRH and LOVED it. We checked in early, but room wasn't ready. We did both the Valet parking and had them hold our luggage. Was very easy and worth the tipping. Went to the parks and when we got back they had our luggage to our room in about 10 minutes. I agree, why bother leaving it in your car and having to get it yourself....they make it so easy. You'll love HRH and especially FOTL. Have fun.

Don't forget if u are a lowes member u get a 2 hour late checkout just request in morning of check out means u have your room till 1pm

You don't always get a late checkout. I'm a Loews member and requested a late checkout. However, since the hotel was booked solid, and they had to get people in and out, they said they couldn't allow any late checkouts. It was no big deal though. We just checked out, had them store our luggage, went to the parks, then swam for a few hours and finally left about 3:00 PM. They got our car and our luggage, loaded it up and off we were. So, late checkout is nice, but if you can't get it, you can still hang around.
