Garden Rocks concert series dining package

According to the website, I can book a dining package for the Garden Rocks concert series starting tomorrow. It doesn't say what time I can start reserving? Help?

If our trip is in May, can we still book this dining package tomorrow? Or does the 60 days out still apply (so this date is for earlier points in the concert series?)

I would think that the 60 day rule would be in effect.
