Well here we go another week in and I've lost five pounds. I don't know how I managed it, well I do. I have been really busy at work and I have been going to the gym every day, in fact there was one day that I thought I wouldn't be able to make it and I was quite upset about it. I new by joining the gym and paying the monthly subscription that it would motivate me to go to it, I knew that psychology degree wouldn't go to waste, only wish that I had thought of it sooner!!!LOL!!!
