Evening Magic Hours question

can someone tell me if there's a place anywhere here or on the disneyworld website where I can find out just exactly what rides are open at Magic Kingdom and Epcot for the Evening Magic Hours. Oh, and another question-- how do the evening Magic Hours work? I mean, like if you're already inside the park how does it work, do they make everyone exit the park and return or I guess what I mean is how do they differentiate between the people who are allowed to be there and the ones that are not since everyone is in there already.

They don't chase anyone out of the park, but you must show your KTTW card at each attraction, in order to get in.
