Summary:
We liked the CSR a lot. For the parks we want to go to most it has the best transportation. Buses are faster than the boats from YC to MGM and the Monorail from MK Resorts to Epcot. It has a peaceful atmosphere with very nice dining choices.
Our favorite meal was the Chateau Briand at the Yachtsman's Steakhouse. Palio's was also very good and Citrico's close behind it. We actually enjoyed these better than V&A's which we have done twice. Le Cellier can't be beat for burgers and cheddar cheese soup.
As usual our favorite ride was RnR but there are so many others that we also love. Probably our top experience of the trip was the Illuminations Cruise. That was so neat!
The weather was all over the place. At first it was very cold, then it got a little warmer, and then it got hot and humid, then it poured. Monday was a beautiful sunny, warm, and not too humid day. Tuesday looked to be the same but we had to leave.
The crowds were the least on Monday (our last full day) but weren't too bad on Wednesday and Sunday either. Since we didn't go into MK on Thursday it's hard for us to judge but MK was very busy on Saturday too.
We've decided we might just go back next Thanksgiving and take in Universal Studios and IOA for the first time. Since we each get two paid holidays over Thanksgiving weekend it is a great way to minimize use of my very limited vacation time.
I can't wait to go again and the best way to relive a trip is to start planning the next!
