Does a chicken pass still exist?

On a somewhat related note, can children who are too short to ride still wait in the line with you and then use the chicken exit before boarding the ride? We're going with a group of 9 in a few weeks. Two adults won't ride certain rides, which are also the rides the kids will be too short for. We'd like to all wait together, and then have the four of them use the "chicken" exit together. Is this doable? Or will they not allow the kids to enter the queue at all?

If they aren't tall enough, they aren't allowed to enter the queue.

You aren't even allowed to enter the ride if you aren't tall enough. For your group, a baby swap could be really useful. The too-short-kid and at least one non-riding adult approach the line along with the people who are going to ride and request a baby swap pass. Then the five riders go ahead and ride while the non-riders go do something else. Later on, three people (either the original adult non-riders, or anyone else) can ride again in the fast pass line using the baby swap pass.

Thanks for mentioning this. It will be our first trip with kids, usually its just DH and I. You say three people could use the child swap pass later on - does it have to be same day or by a certain time? And why three people? If there's one adult not riding with the child, is it still three people?

The pass is good until the end of the month and they are always good for up to 3 ppl

Yup, like the PP said, the pass is good until the end of the month (the expiration date will be printed on it) and it's good for up to three people. It can be any three people at all - we've actually given our passes to random strangers when we were on our last day of vacation and hadn't used them yet.

Thanks for the info. When you're ready to use the child swap pass, do you go through the FP line?

Related: When my son was younger, he didn't really like many of the rides. Our first time at WDW, he was 3.5 and he balked at getting on the bus in front of ASSp on our first day to go to MK. Flash forward a couple of trips and he's about 7 or so. Mom wanted to take him on Primeval Whirl. He didn't really want to do it, but he bravely went up to the height requirement stand. He was too short, for which the CM became instantly sympathetic to him. To her surprise, he proceeded to celebrate not being tall enough.

By now, he will ride them all (excetp RnRC since it goes upside down). And, as a stout 11 year old 'man', he says he will not ride Frozen, but we are going to make him do that since we haven't been since it opened.
