You are right, but I wasn’t counting refurbs where the attraction was intended to be thought of as the same continuity of ride.Test Track got redone in 2012 I think it was.

If you follow other pages, reliable sources were saying April 2020. So it feels like a delay to hear summer 2020 now.
That's like a one month difference.....
Nothing to with nothing but I have to say this publicly.I was surprised they didn't announce an overhaul (or at least new cars) for the Speedway for the 50th. I still think they should annex the Speedway into Fantasyland and make it a Sugar Rush attraction.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure they can fix the Eiffel Tower. There’s nothing wrong with the CGI. To fix that would require them to have a non-curved screen. Was just in EPCOT and was thinking about the new announcements at the end of Soarin. They're gonna have to at least change the final scene to reflect new EPCOT once all the work is done, maybe they'll fix the bad CGI and spaghetti effiel tower
THANK YOU!!! So excited to watch this one
Was any info given about when Mickey's Runaway Railway will open?
Sorry if this has been discussed, but there is quite a lot of info in the thread and I may have just missed it.
Thank You!I believe it was "winter 2020" but might have been "spring 2020". I know a few months ago they said February, but didn't say that this time.
@rteetz!!!!!!! Thank you thank you again. Just watched this whole thing!! (Totally worth staying up until 1am and the lack of sleep). Wow that was awesomeTHANK YOU!!! So excited to watch this one
And I bet he'd scold those nay-sayers for "using his name in vain".The amount of whining over the weekend, literally made me shut down my Twitter account. I couldn't take the complaining anymore. Everytime they announce something the "Fans" go straight into "this is awful" mode, and it doesn't fit. Many of whom weren't even alive to see the park in it's infancy. Drives me absolutely batty. Pretty sure if Walt were still alive, he'd know that these parks have to evolve with the times.
Now THAT is a very scary prospect, that the purpose of social media is to provide a place for people to share their worst nature. I participate in social media for the opposite purpose: To share and have shared with me people's best nature, the accomplishments of the next generation in my family, the wonderful travel experiences of my friends and neighbors, and when we reach out to each other to leverage the "hive mind" of our chosen communities to learn things we don't know or get advice for things we're not sure about.Well, we disagree. I think it's fun to see everyone's knee-jerk, visceral reaction right after things are announced or a song is heard, makes it interesting. I mean, it's kind of what all these forms of social media are for.

To be fair, I don’t think the person you are quoting is saying that by sharing an opposing or “negative” view point in some way means that it’s bringing out someone’s worst nature. It’s ok that people don’t like things and share that view publicly....
I like seeing the wide swath of reactions as well.
. If someone feels like there is not enough there to make them happy, maybe they should consider not going or delaying their trip. I do get upset about things like parking fees at resorts or dirty bathrooms, but I have not gotten to the point where it keeps me from going back. I am going through some serious health issues right now and I am hoping my January trip will be a celebration of good health. But if I do not get the good news I am hoping for, I will go anyhow and celebrate just being there; seeing the castle, having a drink in the WL lobby, walking around and taking photos, and riding some of my favorite attractions.
Thank you! We love the Territory Lounge and go there every trip, even if we're not staying at the lodge. Here's hoping you have a great celebration and cheers to the drink in the lobby of WL. Have one in the quaint little Territory Lounge as well.
