I spoke to guest relations after Christmas about a couple of concerns we'd raised following our Halloween trip last year - specifically the Halloween Soiree.
It is the first time in 15 visits we've ever felt the need to raise anything at all and I've been amazed with how attentive and responsive they've been.
If only every other company I dealt with was half as good....well done DLP!!!
