CG Warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake

This was the best thing I've ever tasted. Does anyone have the recipe or know where I can find it? I've seen and tried similar cakes, but this thing was the best. I'm hoping to find the exact recipe from CG. I called and they said they couldn't give it to me.

But it was a recipe you wanted, it's very easy to make. To make it a valrohna cake, just use the kind of chocolate (http://www.chocolatesource.com/about/index.asp)

8 ounces plus 6 tablespoons butter
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate
6 yolks
6 eggs
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup flour

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together the yolks and eggs then mix in the powdered sugar. Whisk this into the chocolate mixture then whisk in the flour. Fill 12 greased 4-ounce foil tins with the batter and refrigerate until ready to bake, or bake immediately. Bake in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 5 to 6 minutes from cold, or 4 to 5 minutes from room temperature. Turn out of tins immediately onto the plate.

This recipe is almost identical to other cakes I've had. I'll try it - you never know what puts something over the top. Maybe the only difference is the Valrhona. I knew I wanted to use that for whatever I tried next but it seems like it must be more than just the chocolate that made it so amazing. Maybe not. Anyway, thanks!

i think the best part of this dessert is the white chocolate ice cream. it was the only time that i've ever seen that type, and it was soooooooo good.
