If I saw a guy in his 30's riding any ride at WDW alone I'd check for a wedding ring. That's a guy I'd be interested in.
it happens. I really want to do a quick solo trip sometime, as I am pretty sure my introvert self would like it.Gee, sorry that person made you feel creepy. Solo trips are the best! I think people are really jealous when they hear someone is going solo. You can ride what you want, eat what you want, or just people watch if you want. No compromises. I still have fun going with friends and family, but I enjoy it more on my own. I just did an 11 day stay at Pop last month, and two days family were along and the rest was solo. It was great! Looking forward to the next one in December.
I am a woman who went to DL and they seemed to seat me in my own row for Pirates and IASW. I was in the back on pirates which was really cool, but on the from for IASW and that felt weird.
I think the CMs try to put solos by themselves on those rides on purpose. Two women tried to get into my row for IASW, which I didn't mind and the CM got really upset and yelled. They didn't speak English the best and I think they thought I had wanted them off and kept apologizing. I tried to explain that I could care less about others in the row but he told me he wasn't going to allow it and sent the boat off. That's probably why it felt weird, because it had attention called to it so I thought people were judging me, but then I figured, who cared if they were anyway?
No idea. But, I can tell you that a guy in his 40s doing all of those things solo doesn't get a second look. ;-)I don't know how a guy in his 30's would look bobbing his head singing along to "it's a small world after all".
The only place it was awkward was in my head.
