I don't have much planned for the weekend - tomorrow we're going to go see Blue Beetle - honestly it looks not so great to me, but Dh wants to see it and there isn't anything more appealing, so I guess I'll suffer through it lol
Thanks for pointing out it's the half way mark, I really need to step up because I haven't been doing well this month.
My goals I posted at the beginning of the month:
Lose 5 pounds by making good food choices and more steps in.
Track everyday - even if it's not perfect
Get at least 7,500 steps every day
I'm also going to research goal tracking apps. I'd like to find something to track some other daily goals. Things like that are motivating to me.
So far, I've lost 1 pound and haven't tracked many days
- I also haven't been getting my steps in other than the days we were at the State Fair. I also haven't settled on a goal tracking app, but I did find one that I like to plan / record our dinners. I'm in such a rut with dinner and I found an app to at least record what we had each night. I'm hoping over time, I can just look back through it and find something that sounds good. We'll see...
So - this is my kick in the pants to ramp it up and finish the month strong!!
