Happy Thursday everyone!
It is summer here in Germany! A month ago it was still winter with freezing (below 0° Celsius) temperatures, today the high will be 25° Celsius (mid 70s in Fahrenheit I think). Crazy. But I am loving the weather!! Of course I am stuck in an office, but it is still nice and cheers me up! At least I have a window!
I don't think it is odd. It gives you security and that is something to be valued in itself. I can see the good side of it, too. And don't feel like it is a horrible chore. It is just something that easily gets forgotten when I have other things occupying my mind (like being on vacation). I have actually meaning to pick your brain about MFP. I am considering ditching the fitbit app for food tracking and move over to MFP. But I find it rather tedious with all the commercials. I was wondering if you (or anyone else) pays for premium just to get rid of the adds? I am also a bit hesitant about their database. It seems like it is filled with a million things that just some random users put in there and some of the calorie counts seem to be off sometimes. Is there any way to restrict the database that is used for searches? I do like the ability to copy meals and such (something fitbit only offers to some degree).
