I can't believe our trip is almost here! It is so exciting

I know Andrea.......I can't believe it's almost time to go. Only 2 more days to go as we leave on Monday afternoon.

the scrapbook pictures look great, you did a nice job on them

3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am past ready to go. I have my Hollywood sign directions all printed out along with all my other stuff.

Three Sleeps!!

wooooooooo hooooooooooooo So far I haven't had any trouble sleeping, but Sunday night might be a challenge. I am glad we aren't leaving until the afternoon, that way if I don't sleep I can maybe take a nap.

Today is house cleaning day so that it will be all nice & clean when we get back. My in-laws are coming here & staying with the dog which they have never done before. She usually goes to stay with them. Kinda a bit weird having them here while we are gone in a way........or am I just weird? Guess I better hide the booze & the unmentionables.

Oct 2007 trip----7 night Disney Magic Cruise for my 40th birthday.
I decided I wanted to turn 40 in the middle of the ocean so that no one could send me black balloons etc, so we booked this cruise while we were on the 4 day in Dec 2006. It was a wonderful way to spend my birthday.
The day before the cruise we flew in & stayed at Wilderness Lodge & went to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party again.

The next day we boarded the Magic for lots of fun.

Pirate night is a real blast.........dressing up as pirates, having a pirate themed dinner & a pirate party complete with fireworks over the ocean. What's not to like?????

Oh Jackie........I am so excited. I have the toiletries packed but that's it. Tomorrow is packing day!!!!!!!!!

I will be on a plane headed to California at this time in 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple more memories from our awesome Disney Halloween birthday cruise last year.
So for Halloween as I told you guys before we dressed up as Mary Poppins & Bert & we won Most Disney in the adult costume contest. It was awesome & a wonderful way to top off a perfect birthday.

We had fun having cocktails aboard the ship as well.....

So we are getting ready to pack. Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's what the countdown looks like today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Potato Head is ready for Christmas & our Christmasy trip. He also wants some new toys.

This is the only part of leaving that I don't like.
Looking in these big brown eyes & knowing I will be leaving her for over a week.

We will be leaving to drive to the airport between 2 & 3pm tomorrow so I will be on tomorrow to make a farewell post.
Question....do I continue the trip report here when I get back or start a new thread????????????

I just re-read the first page of your TR.. I feel like such a sleezeball for not getting my SD TR up before you leave! Darn that TWILIGHT!!!

It's too late now to discuss and plot your SD portion with you. DARN IT! I have at least one good tip on a restaraunt there. Darn! Well, I think I may have gotten that in my TR now that I think of it. It was a restaraunt called, "The Bali Hai" It served my purpose as the "Polynesian rest" that I will never get to eat at WDW. But IMHO the view was WAY Better!
