I wanna know too!!!:hyper:

The plan is to post before bed Friday night! I charged up the camera last night and have it in my carryon all set to go.

We get in a few hours before our dinner ADR, so I hope to take plenty of shots and then post before bed. :woohoo:

I am trying *really* hard to contain my excitement. LOL! I am super excited for your reviews. Hope you have a WONDERFUL trip!

Sandy :)

So I know it isn't WDW food, but this isn't the food porn thread, it's my dining review of our trip so I took photos of everything...:rotfl:

Starting with our traditional "snack/dinner" place we always stop at on our way up to the twin cities...and I'd like to point out that DH gave me lots of crap about this, but I thought it was funny.

Truly gourmet food, complete with a Transformer toy for DS:

An assortment of cheeseburgers, fries (and I believe a chicken sandwich for DH) that DH and I split:

The wavy fry on top was particularly lovely, but I like the softer fries...:rotfl:

A close up of the cheeseburger on the dashboard. Enjoy the playful sunlight as it dances across the onion studded bun. Presentation is everything, you know ;)

And finally, a chocolate shake to share, because vacation to us is about the ice cream:

All in all, a very exotic and special first meal...

:lmao:

Okay, one more before we get to WDW...

After we checked into our hotel, we ran over to the Mall of America (never been there? It's FANTASTIC! We go over every 6 weeks or so to the cities and we love it!). One of my favorite places for a treat is The Magic Pan Crepe Stand. We always get a sweet crepe, which (I know this is blasphemy) blows the crepes in France at Epcot totally away.

So this night DH was jonesing for chocolate and I wanted to try a savory crepe for the first time ever. The chocolate was a huge thin crepe with a dark chocolate sauce, a scoop of real whipped cream (YUM!) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for DS:

SOOOO good!

The savory one was the Toasted Cheese, Bacon and Tomato. It was filled with melted pepper jack and cheddar, thick bacon pieces and diced tomato. Then it was covered in a melted cheddar cheese sauce. We liked it a lot, but it was (more blasphemy from a Dairy State Girl!) too cheesy. We ate half, but were glad to try it. And even though it looks like an omelet, it's a crepe:

We then had McD's in the airport for breakfast (sausage mcmuffins, egg mcmuffins, hashbrowns and apples with Sprite and Coke Zero) and peanuts on the plane, which I refrained from taking photos of!.

We consider our beginning trip meal McDonalds breakfast... Idunno it's a classic i found it humorous you chose to do that as well :)
I can't wait for more!:flower3:

Those are some pretty artsy McDonald's pics! I can't wait to see what you can do with real food! But I really do love egg mcmuffins!
