Okay I guess we are back to upgrading our hoppers to Enchant Keys next week. We only really have to use them one more time in 2022 to make it worth it and I know we’ll go again at some point..

I may have missed this but just to clarify, I have a Grand Californian Hotel reservation and tried to make park reservations at 120 days out (like the app told me I could) and the dates don't show up. Is this because of the magic key? With a magic key does it still default to 90 days out even with a hotel reservation? Thank you!

You have to link your hotel reservation to your Disneyland account. Once it’s linked up, you should see a new link about making reservations. I had trouble with this and in the end could only do it from my computer, not my phone, and only on Chrome, not Safari.

Thank you for the advice! I'll try different browsers, it won't work from that link on my phone or Chrome - which is why I was begging for help here. I'll keep trying though with different browsers - thank you for the helpful, encouraging advice!

You still have to follow the "rules" of your Magic Key I think, so if you have 90 days you might not be able choose before this, and if you have blocked dates, your hotel reservations won't override that. Also, if you can only hold 4 dates, this won't override that.

This is correct. The 120 is for people who purchased regular tickets.

Bummer, I knew about the number of dates held but didn't think they wouldn't let you book with your hotel reservation since it's out of a different bucket (and the app tells you it's time to book). I'm still used to the rules at DW. Oh well, no biggie - I'll book them when it opens up. Thanks all!

Wow, they still haven't fixed this! I had to go do this in Chrome and select "request desktop site" from settings, I think. It was really wacky. I may have even had to do an incognito session in Chrome.

Yes, this is our experience too. My SIL has DLH booked for April and she was able to make her reservations in December.

Spent time with both the chat and cast member phone help and the only answer was that no one should be able to book before 90 days with a magic key. Thank you all for your help! It’s frustrating that different people get different IT results and answers. That’s why I appreciate you all on this board so much.

Can you get it to actually work on your computer? Like link up your hotel reservation and then successfully click through to book reservations using the hotel reservation? And if so, do you get a message saying come back at XX date? When my SIL tried to makes hers too soon it told her exactly what day she could come back to make them, which was 120 days.
