I mean I'm from a rural area in the midwest, but I'm pretty sure this is a rule they taught us in driver's ed: He who has the biggest tires has the right of way.
Funny thing....

That is almost the rule of the road in Korea. The biggest vehicle, not tires. No exaggeration...I've seen numerous times a car with a green light stop because there was a bus(with a red light) coming the other way. I thought initially, it was a winter thing since Korea is very hilly/mountainess and busses could have problems stopping in snow/ice, but it happened in the summer too. Also motorcycles or scooters stop for everyone even if they have the right of way.

Huh. I've seen some video of Korean traffic. It's completely insane.

Morning all.

Cool Sunday morning here in the east. Tuned in to watch an F2 race this morning before the F1 race only to find it delayed. First for track repairs and second for what seems to be a nasty accident on the start when one car stalled and got hit from behind. They haven't shown any replays so that usually isn't a good sign.

Hoping for the best.

Yikes. Watching the East Final, so will watch the F1 race later. Hope no one is hurt. That track just looks scary.

Both drivers were conscious but taken to the hospital. Reports that one may have broken his legs.

The F1 race is crazy, settle in for a long one.

Morning, Gents! Meant to get on here over the weekend, but somehow the schedule got away from me. Now? We're onto Monday, which, as we all know, is inevitable. I am, however, at a great office all week, so I have that to look forward to. Had a good weekend over all. Saturday I helped out with the tree lighting for the Town of Mashpee, I do this every year, by leading the sing-a-long to help get the crowd excited for the tree lighting as well as the visit from Santa. The Big Guy. He who breaks into your home on Christmas Eve to leave presents....so leaving presents kind of excuses the whole breaking and entering thing. I love doing it because I get to see all the kids get excited about seeing Santa. When the police show up with the lights flashing, the kids know that Santa's coming, and I Love it. I'll try and get in to read, and respond, more, but last week I was starting early and I've now started an online photography course. Well, see later, fellas. Remember, beer, bourbon, bacon and Mickey Bars!

Morning boys from a ticked off London. Had to cancel the Canada trip in 2 weeks due the extra restrictions on coming in.

Looks like I'm going to be out about 900 with cancellation charges.

Sorry to hear Dan, hopefully these new regulations don't last too long. I know that doesn't help you but things have to change sometime, don't they?

Okay, that's pretty awesome. :)

He breaks into your home? Fat man just comes down my chimney. Doesn't break a thing to get in.

YOU ARRESTED SANTA?????

Then again, if he's breaking into your homes...
I've now started an online photography course.
Nice. Specializing? Or general?

:headache:
Sorry to hear that, Dan.

Didn't we say that about 2 years ago?
Bet he misses them too.
Adulting is hard.
He still plays for fun, once a week. I don't think he misses the daily grind of competing though. His body isn't as banged up as it was.

I'm glad he's able to do that. We used to have a group of guys that would donate money to the school's athletic department and we'd play once or twice a week in a high school gym in our county. They got a new AD a couple of years ago and he stopped letting us do that. It was fun and I got to feel either really young or really old, depending on the night and how well I could keep up with the younger kids.

For some reason though, I always end up more banged up playing once or twice a week as an adult. :crutches:

::yes::
