another day to find fun stuffs to do. Did we?
Of course you did!
See????
I told you.
Admit it, you yourself have had a giant, sugary “snack” at Disney for a meal at least once.
Um... there was that one time I got the chocolate and caramel covered rice krispie bar that was as big as my head from Karamel Kuche....
That place looks good!
Heh.
Reminds me of a documentary I watched on Pizza.
It focused on the States, but it did go to Italy. There they asked kids where pizza originated. Almost all knew it was Italy.
Except for one lad of about 10-12 who said "America?"
Which was followed by a swift swat to the back of the head by a nearby adult.
I mean we certainly saw some adequately handsome Italian men recently at a certain Pizza Place in EPCOT…
Ahem…
Ah. Ya like 'em young and swarthy, do ya?
Brown Sugar Mozz Bread for $7.25
Oh, Lord. That looks (and sounds!) delish.
Because dessert for lunch wasn’t quite enough.
It never is.
It was outstanding. I admit, I was pretty skeptical of something sweet, but this wasn’t overly so.
Not surprised. I wouldn't think it would be.
That looks good! Too bad they accidentally spilled olives on it though.
But, it was pretty good pizza, nonetheless
Once you picked off the offending black rings.
We had a nice time just sharing stories and life and having a great time. It’s what friends do.
The hotel has a SUPER, UBER cool hot tub. And I didn’t have a suit.
Too bad about forgetting the suit.
That really does look inviting.
Your own little grotto.
Yes, I’ve skinny dipped a fair amount in my life.
And coffee may or may not have contributed to what happened very soon after.
You became more alert and less tired?
Jacked up on caffeine, I fishtailed my way onto I-5 S back towards Seattle, while Kari, no doubt, peed herself right there on my car seat.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaw!
And... the end. No more TR. It ends in a fiery explosion.
Good grief!!!
the Dale Chihuly blown glass museum
My reason for visiting Seattle. Must see this.
Warning: Space Needle photo overload imminent.... bwooop, bwoooop.....
Thanks for the warning.
I shall avert mine eyes.
Seriously… $20 for 3 hours?
That's insane! Must be a captive audience.... drivers... parkers.... whatever.
Do you have any idea how long I looked at that, before reading the text below it?
MoPOF? What's MoPOF??????
and I was glad my shirt wasn’t red.
This too. I was thinking "Red shirt? What does that have to do with Data?"
And then the nickel dropped.
1. Move your thumbs to the side and away from your hand, not over your palm.
2. Get your pinky and ring finger together!
Like this:
Plus... I took the liberty...
You shoulda been less worried about a red shirt and more worried about wearing a skirt!
(You know what those are, right?)
Were they much trouble?
Okay, that's frickin' awesome!
I only just noticed what it says.
Whoa! I would
not want to meet you in a dark alley... or even a well lit one!
The floor was covered with strewn pine needles
Nice touch!
I can definitely see this.
No. Way.
Cute photo of the two of you.
Which giggled about that for the rest of our time together. Crispy amazeballs anyone? It was definitely a TR Title worthy moment!!
You should have!
Aside from this interactive jobbie, there was a HUGE spinning globe with the terrain of Pandora on it:
Does Disney know about this? They're gonna be in trouble!
it focused on mainly his Ziggy Stardust years, which weren’t my favorite.
Yeah, me neither.
It was definitely worth the time and effort, and had we had a couple more hours in the meter, I personally would have stayed longer and seen the rest of what the museum had to offer.
Really! Two more hours. Sounds like this is a great place to see!
We briefly stopped to watch an Ecuadorean/Andean music group play (if you know me at all, you can bet I will almost always stop to watch live music!)
I am beginning to realize that about you, yes.
it brought back many wonderful memories of living high up in the Ecuadorean Andes in a little village named Papallacta. The place of many, WAY too many, near death experiences for us. But that’s material for the novel I may write someday.
Must hear these some day.
Nice capture! You have a really good eye, Liesa.
We set out on a maze and then just couldn’t stop. Yes, we spent 15 minutes… very possibly more, walking until we nearly puked
You know you could have just walked straight to it, right?
I’ll let you Google that, and let its message sink in.
I did!
Mmmmm... Love me some pretzels.
That looks so good. Pity it didn't taste as good as it looked.
We’d had a wonderful weekend together and I will say the PNWMM is definitely an event worth going to. Loads of fun to be had!!
Glad to hear it! And it sure sounded (and looked!) like it was.
I’ll leave you with a heartfelt invitation to all of you to join us next year.
Doubt I'll be able to, considering I'm heading to the West coast in April, but you never know!
A mere 2 weeks until Steppe heads out on her next adventure. Be watching for a brand new TR where all of the antics and silliness can be found.
Yay!
Thanks for sharing this one with us!
