I've tried 8 or so resorts and every single one has no availability. I phone and they have lots. This is frustrating because I'd like to get pricing without going through the incredibly long process on the phone for various resorts. Anyone else experience this???

yes I found if I modified my search slightly by like one less day etc that it would then show me, and I would at least have more of an idea

I am having the same issue with March 1 onwards, I've tried literally every single resort and every date combination, from five days to fifteen, and it comes up with no availability at all.

I've noticed sometimes when I search for a room initially it shows nothing available once I've clicked into the hotel. If I go back to the button where you can change the dates and I just click it again without changing it all the prices suddenly show up.

Doesn't work for me FSU girl, really really frustrating.
The website has been super glitchy lately. I'd check back in a couple days or play around with the dates a little. I checked for you too and it was showing everything available on the main screen then everything sold out once clicking which isn't normal. It used to be so much easier booking a hotel even a year ago I don't know what they did in June, but it messed up their website with their magical enhancements. Don't give up I don't think the rooms are sold out.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to call. The website has been screwed up for weeks and weeks and it seems Disney has no interest in fixing it.

Definitely call. I've been searching for weeks with no luck, finally had some rooms pop up yesterday but once I tried to complete the booking process it would tell me the rooms weren't available. I called and even though it took about half an hour because even the customer service rep was having issues, they finally were able to book me a room, and a the resort that I was really hoping to get!

How on earth is this acceptable for them? Surely web bookings are the number one booking method??! I can't even get pricing without it, not accurate anyways. What an absolute joke. I just booked offsite at the Hilton, I'm not rewarding that level of horrible CS.

I know you just booked offsite, but here's an fyi to you & others who might be reading this with a similar problem. The WDW website is currently glitchy, & here's the fix:

When you've put in your dates & clicked on a specific resort and see no availability, then you should click "Package". Like magic, prices will come up. If you don't want a package, then click "Room", and the nightly room prices will show up. It works. I just did it for your dates, January 13th - 22nd. Plenty of availability.

I'm having the same issue for the whole month of September. I'm wanting Sept 22-29 however not available so I checked the rest of the month. I initially did it as room only then switched to package and still nothing. I'm trying for POP, it's kind of odd that the whole month is unavailable and it should be as it's less then 499 days out.

This does not work, I thought of that on my own and tried exactly that. It may work for some but did not work for me.

Last week that happened to me, but when I chose package instead of room only, rates come up. After choosing a view category, at a certain resort, then choose zero day ticket. Then I had my room only (rack) rate hotel reservation. (I booked Pop for late Jan. this way, after seeing no availability when I chose room only).

Tried this. Even for those exact dates (although I'm interested in June and September 2018) and it does not work for me. I haven't been able to see any availability on anything no matter what I try for over a week now. Seriously annoying!!

I was just able to do it again for Jan 13th - 22nd. It works. Which resorts are you looking for, and which exact dates? I'll be happy to check for you.

Have you factored in the events that are going on at that time? Do a little searching and see what events are happening over that time frame. That may answer some of your frustration.

13 - 22 January, CBR would be great, or any value. I tried way more but those were the ones I was interested in. Thank you!!

Hi,
I just tried your dates. CBR came up as available. I had no discount code to put in, and it came up at $182 a night. I hope that helps. Sorry for your frustration!!!!
