With an 8:20 dinner at Le Cellier will we be stuck in the huge crowds exiting at closing?

There is an 8:20 dinner reservation open for Le Cellier we are thinking of reserving.
Has anyone had a reservation around that time and if so did have any trouble leaving the park?
We usually leave Epcot before illuminations is over to avoid the crowds leaving.

It depends. Let's say you're seated around 8:30. Surely dinner will take at least an hour, and you could probably drag it out a bit more. Assuming Illuminations is at 9:00, by the time you leave the restaurant at 9:45 or so, most of the crowd should already be OUT of the park, but there might still be quite a line at the buses back to the resorts if you're using Disney transportation.

Yes we will be using Disney transportation. Maybe I will keep trying for a different time.

side note, for the cost of le collier, yachtsman is right around the corner.
Yes I know. Trying to talk the others into Yachtman's but they see the pretzel bread and the lobster mac and cheese on some of the google images and want it lol. I will find some images later of Yachtman food and see if I can change their minds.
