Just heard back from broker; Disney just completely lost the file (couldn't track it down at all). My broker has resubmitted it, and Disney will put it back in the queue (on a rush basis)...on Monday.

Feeling a little like: "Today is a very big day, Pascal!"

Does anyone know if they only do contracts certain days of the week? I thought it was a Monday thru Friday thing and was surprised to see some passing on Saturday.

I'm at two weeks now on my GCV and it's so hard to wait! I am prepared for them to take it, since they report having no points available for direct sales.

I'm at 2 weeks today too and I am really hoping for some news this week. I know that have 30 days, but it seems like the ones that are passing are around a 2 week turnaround lately.

My direct sales rep told me that they had some available when we stopped in.

I guess we don't-I haven't asked, but have heard on several boards that they aren't taking waiting list for this resort any more and people have been unable to get contracts. Who knows, though? I'd love to pick up 25 direct there if I could

I looked through the last ROFR list and it looks like contracts passed Mon-Sat.... more on Tuesdays for some reason. I did give up halfway through the list, so that might have changed. LOL

It's one of the few things in life that serves multiple purposes. In this case, it's a useful tool to estimate a good deal, AND it provides coping therapy for the ROFR process. Indeed, it is truly a wonderful thing. Hah.

Finally we passed Yay!!!
Fidelity had to chase Disney at the end of June, Disney claimed that they had nothing ordered but fidelity had evidence that it was sent on the 1st June. Then Disney discovered an error on there percentage written on the contract I had signed so I had to resign an amendment. Disney then did there best to put it through as quick as possible and we heard on 14th July it had passed. Long wait but worth it (I think!).
