Make sure they note on your reservation that you had the GC from booking the RO before March 20th. If they are a regular phone CM, they may need to touch base with guest services to be sure it is still on there.

Ok so I want to make sure i understand. We CAN'T do RO and get the dinning plan? We have 4 day park tickets, currently in a package and we are paying for dining. So basically if I want the dining plan I need to either score FD or pay full price? I'm sorry, I'm just confused with the conflicting information. Never looked into RO before.

I think you finally got this cleared up, but just to be sure, get your room discount first. Then, once the FD settles down, call in and ask to make your room only a ticketless package with dining. All package rules that one PP detailed will then apply to your reservation. You'll be fine.

You will be able to use a room rate discount and then add tickets to make it a package and then add a dining plan if you wish.

Hmm....so seriously thinking about AoA....it's just me, my mom, and DD8...but, after a few days, I think the extra bathroom and space will save our sanity...12 days is a long time to be so together...thought about upgrading to a deluxe, but WL isn't available and those rooms still don't have a lot of private space...the rate is doable...even better with FD...which I assume will be easier to get than POP...thoughts?

Kim, the reason info could come tomorrow is that the call center CM's have their update meetings on Friday. Tomorrow is when they should be told of the FD offer. I don't know how Black gets his info, but I have to guess he may have a connection with a CM. The CM I know will not be able to talk to me until Saturday afternoon if at all this weekend. If I find out anything look for my post mid afternoon Saturday. If my hunch is right about Black, I'm sure he'll beat me to the punch tomorrow.

Yes, you can. They are ticketless packages. My TA has done them for us many times.

If a resort shows no availability for a certain time frame, will it be the same when the FD is released, or will there be a block of rooms reserved for the special?

Trying to figure out if I should even consider a resort that currently shows no availability or plan for something else.

We arent 100% sure on our date of arrival yet. Talking about a day more than planned, but not sure if we can.

In terms of FD is it easier to add a day or remove a day after the initial booking is made?

I think the website is having some problems right now. When I search for my dates (9/14-9/19) it shows availability. But when I click on a hotel (namely POR and WL) it shows that every single room is booked. This also happens with another date range I'm looking at (9/7-9/12). Not sure if this is happening with other resorts or date ranges.
