We thought our room was great. Before we left we were a bit anxious as a lot of people had posted saying how the rooms were small and a bit cramped, but we thought it was perfect for 2 people. Our room wasn't too close to the pool, food court or bus stops, but also not too far away. It was nice and quiet and we had a great view.

Um, are you saying the mousekeeping service had the girls' toys facing the TV when you came back? LOL! Well, nice to see they have a sense of humor too.

Oh yeah... I've come back and had my teddy bear facing the tv, remote in Paw... :goodvibes

another night... I came back and there was a bedtime story on the TV and they were tucked in.

Yes...as we were walking along the pathway, dh and I noticed the tv was on (it was dark, so it had the "blue light" glowing out the window). He started to freak (thinking we'd been robbed or something) but I had read on the boards here that sometimes you could get a surprise, so I shushed him...

Mousekeeping set it up..and had the TV set on the Disney channel.:lmao:

The girls were absolutely thrilled!

I think that is a WASTE of our $ to pay for the TV being on -
the toys could face the TV without the power !

It's the little details that Disney does that gives it that little bit of extra Magic...

It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I enjoy it... :goodvibes

Is 3268 the Casitas? That is a great view, I see the Swan and Dolphin but what is in front of that? Still the Coronado?

Yes, it is Casitas 3. In front of the Dolphin hotel are the rooftops of the Cabanas, and then the bridge that goes to the Dig Pool.

Here's my first attempt at posting pics, these are from our stay at POR 5/2-5/9, we were in room 8545 in Magnolia Terrace (GREAT location BTW)

How is it a waste of YOUR money?

I think DVC at Last is referring to the fact that in DVC the owners split the operating costs in our dues. Since most of the room pics and discussions here are for the hotel part of the resorts which don't touch DVC it's really a discussion for a different thread and place.

I love seeing the animals set up in a cute fashion, staying on our points we rarely stay in one place long enough to have housekeeping come in and do their magic.
