Since lazy rivers are my favorite I would vote for BB, :rotfl:

Typhoon Lagoon also has a lazy river called Castaway Creek (and no freezing water dripping on you when you go through the mountain like Blizzard Beach).

thanks I finally found some fabric at walmart to make the nursing cover/sun shade for Virginia
how many pools does POP have?
It looks easy
3 big pools-Hippidy Dippidy in the 60's-shaped like a flower with flower sprinklers raining down into the pool. Bowling Pin pool in the 50's, Computer pool in the 80's/90's, Goofy Pop Jets in the 70's and a kiddy pool behind the Hippidy Dippidy pool.

Good night, DDA! I call for ADRs in the morning! :)

Bob and I are creating our DJ song list for the wedding. What does everyone think of this for a mother/son dance for Bob and his mom? We are going with a Beatles theme (well, except for our wedding song) and this is one we can't decide on...does it sound too "relationship-e"?

There are places I remember
All my life though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places have their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all

But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I'll never ever lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more

Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more
In my life I love you more

I read through it twice and didn't think it sounded too relationshipee. It talks about friends and lovers (not just lovers) so I think it would be very appropriate.

Thanks Vicki! I'm thinking of Blackbird for me and my dad, except sung by Sarah McLachlan. Cutting the cake to When I'm Sixty Four. Last dance Hello Goodbye and the wedding party and family (do they get introduced??) to All you Need is Love. (Too much Beatles??) :teeth: I think it'll be spaced out just fine though...it's not like it'll be one Beatles tune after another...

I really like those choices. Can there be such a thing as too much Beatles? :lmao:

Debbie I hope as I read on that your water has been restored!

Well there goes my plans to get my laundry going early this morning, we barely have a trickle of water. We obviously have a broken water main, there is a huge flood across the street where the line is.

I called and they said they sent out a crew two hours ago, well no one is out there now. . . . . . .

Yes, you should wash the fabric first. It is because of possible shrinkage the first time you wash. At least that is what I remember from my home ec days and my mothers personal sewing lessons.

thanks I mentioned it to my mom and she said he did not remember doing that in home ec

Hope you all had a wonderful day!

Again, I managed to waste most of our morning! I did however make a korker ponytail for Emma to match her soccer uniform so not a total waste I guess. I need to get my self ready. We are picking up the in-laws in an hour. Emma's game is in another town. This will be the only thing I hate about her soccer, all the traveling.

Jen-before I forget our last two cameras have been kodak's and we love them....easy to point and shoot but enough great settings to choose from also...I use our manners& museum setting for every concert.

Prayers needed for my 24 year old cousin. She has some kind of cancer. My uncle doesn't know what kind. It is female related. Her younger sister died a couple of years ago from kidney failure. She had a kidney transplant and was better for many years but then had a relapse. She died when she was 19 or 20. So sad! My 24 year old cousin has a son. I sure hope she is able to fight whatever it is she has.

prayers for that family and all of your family!!

She had not left yet, so thankfully she was there with her.

How sad! Did her Mom make it back to her?

I am looking forward to breakfast at Ohana!

I just finished making reservations for August (don't tell Elizabeth;) ). I got everything I wanted but still can't get Chef Mickey's for breakfast for May-OHana will be good!

Debbie-glad to hear you have water

Karen-love the doggie pics

We only made it to the bowling pin pool....we had so little time at WDW that we didn't spend much time at the resort...looking forward to changing that.
