Hey I have another question for the experts out there. If I want to add a small custome picture to my sign line - will that knock out my custom tags that the TF has given me?

I'd hate to try and add something and knock them off. BTW, has she made any appearances on here lately?

Ok what the heck is going on. Earlier this evening I noticed that my signature line was funky, so I went to edit it thinking I had too many spaces/lines. I edited it now something else is going on. Looks like my curse is back! Drats!

They've done some "re-adjusting" on the boards. Notice on mine, Harley's feet are gone.

My 2 turds have been acting so OUT of character that I called my son and had him take them for an hour. They respectively turned 3 on the 15th and on the 29th (soon anyway) and Isis - the turd has greeted our arrival with so far THIS WEEK with : 2 torn up books brand new - 5 newspapers and an accident - her first since a puppy when momma lost it and yelled at her - it was a brand new hardcover book that she ate. You'd of thought I had beat her which I don't do - I just bark! This is so out of character for her that I thought it might be because she got over her heat 2-3 weeks ago but now I'm not so sure - anyone else having problems with their babies?

Is it the full moon? She's also scratching the carpets and moaning and whining which is so unlike her - she's not vocal and has been howling like a banshee lately. Anyone else?

And as for the crazy conduct of your critter. As I'm sure you've heard... our critters can hear and sense things we cannot detect. So - if his behavior is crazy - and his digestion and last feeding were normal I would start looking around carefully... ya just never know what might be afoot... yannow?

And as for VEGAS... the first thing BEFORE I reply is I gotta ask in turn ... is what makes ya ask THAT question? Have I been a frequent Vegas rompin' sort? Have I done anything to give you (or anyone else) the impression I was a .... compulsive gambler? Now.... I could agree I am compusive about other things.... one being the googling of images to post ... but gambling? Or any of the other obvious things that Vegas is assumed to feature?

Which brings me to a reply on the Vegas question. It just so happens Alicia and I are thinking of Vegas. <buzzzz?!> However, we are also thinking of planning a winter time return to Yosemite.... and Disney visits in November to convert the park hoppers we won on ebay to annual passes. AND.... we are wroking around the 4 nite cruise I have in a couple of weeks - and the Costa cruise we have in December.

Nothing is definate yet... as our schedule is already limited. We have no plans for Christmas or New years - but some local friends are talking about it with us. Not sure if anything will come of it though.

SO what about U? Getting the gambling itch? Or do you have a hankerin' for a Vegas style show - or just the general diversion of just being in Sin City? Alicia and I generally don't do too much that's extraordinary when we visit. We dine a little... walk about and sort of gawk at the usual stuff that attracts the "basic" visitor types - and we don't gamble a stitch. SO - I do have modest business interests in town - so I usually mix a little business with any visits - thus qualifying the visit as business deductible (to at least some extent). AND .... now that I'm thinking more about it .... we do spend some time at Circus Circus and Excalibur on their Midway style games in pursuit of stuffed animals!

At any rate... there it is....

Now for a little more wanderin' before I turn in. We're visiting a new Church with friends tomorrow. It's something different and we're hooking up with a third family that asked we visit. The pastor is supposed to be very dymanic and ... different otherwise. Then in the afternoon I have that sneak movie preview to attend as I mentioned in chat on friday.

You mean for your avatar? I believe you will be ok if you change your avatar, but if you are adding another picture there I'm not sure if you can and if you do you will lose what's there. There are only so many lines that can be there.

Back on the UW housing topic........

On our last cruise I hauled the housings for the HD camcorder and the digital camera. The housing's themselves are not to bad, but the prep/maint work is a PITA - have to travel with spare o-rings, lube, silica gel etc.

This past cruise, we left them (the housings) at home, and I bought an Olympus Stylus 770 SW onboard the Magic. It's good for depths upto 33ft with no housing - which is plenty good for snorkeling.

Funny you should say that. Last night my cockerpoo kept sitting on the floor staring at me like she wanted something. Well her bowls were full & she has a dog door so I couldn't imagine what she needed. When I'd get up to go get something she'd jump on me & whine. I kept saying, "What do you want from me???" Is it the moon?

DW is a Nikon & Leica "snob" so I got her the Lumix DMC-FX07 (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0607/06071903panasonicfx50.asp) for her birthday. It's a Panasonic-made camera using Leica lenses (Panasonic makes the housings and some internals for Leica's own digital camera line.)

This is her "visiting grandma or the zoo" camera so she doesn't have to lug around the big Nikon D80. DSIL has a similar model from 2005 and both cameras will fit in the waterproof housing (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ..._DMWMCFX07_DMW_MCFX07_Case_for_DMC_FX01_.html) which someone will get for a xmas gift.

I got DW the Lumix DMC-FX30 <link> in the blue slip resistant finish

DSIL has the DMC-FX7 which is last year's version. But the UW housing fits both cameras.
