I may request 2 desserts every night! To heck with the diet!

MORE RAIN FOR US  It has rained everyday for the last week. I am so sick of rain. We are fortunate that we don't live alittle more west (about 45 min) they are underwater, mudslides, they have lost everything.

More rain for us too (in Janesville). I'm sick of it too. Our local news said this was the rainiest month ever in recorded history! Ick.

Morning all!

I was just trying to catch up on posts, and now I have to get to work. I'll pop in throughout the day though.

I'm sure I'll have a lot to catch up on over the weekend - we're going away for the weekend and will not have a computer :scared1:

Hopefully somewhere dry...:lmao: Though they do say it is suppose to stop and be nice tomorrow.

We have a dehumidifier in our basement, but I run a hose off the bucket to our drain. Can that be done with yours? This way we never need to empty it.

I never thought about it before, but I think that there is a place for a hose......You may have just earned a free drink , my friend!:thumbsup2

It's my husband's family's lake cottage...so we're crossing our fingers that it will be nice. They have declared the lake slow/no wake, but that shouldn't be a problem for Grandpa's sailboat :)

How about our other "movers"? How are y'all doing--Cass, Karen?

Karen is kicking back in Spain. :rolleyes1

We had our walk-through yesterday, took Rob's van over with a load of boxes. Got started on my kitchen, Kira's room and Kira's playroom.

This house is another story. I am tripping over boxes and it's driving me crazy! We don't move the rest of our stuff till Sunday so a couple more days of chaos :sad2:

Today's the last day with internet, Rob is taking down our server later this afternoon :sad1:

Mike, Robin, Nancy & Chuck are supposed to come up and help with the move but I have a feeling they are gonna stand us up, they may be frolicking about in Florida instead  :rotfl2:

If it is a newer unit, there should be a threaded spout on the side of the collection bucket. The opening itself will have molded plastic over it. You will have to poke/cut a hole in it, but you can then just thread the hose on there.

Just remember, the end of the hose needs to be lower than the unit. Otherwise it won't drain and it will shut off (auto-shut off) on you.

Scotts are in red again

Scott has mentioned that there was no prime rib or french onion soup on the menus. I am sure he will find more but he had to run out the door to take DS to school.

We're doing fine, thanks. No more boxes in the house, but Rob still has the basement with which to contend! Our basemnt is really a glorified crawl space, a scant 6 ft high, with a gravel floor, and you have to enter from outside. I try not to go down there too much--kinda scary to me. He keeps a dehumidifier down there to keep everything dry and he empties it out everyday. So no problem except he is leaving for a month (in a few weeks) for Yuma AZ, so I will have to go down there to empty it--creepy!:scared:

How about our other "movers"? How are y'all doing--Cass, Karen?

Hey we are not far from Yuma. If he gets some time off and wants a home cooked meal send him our way. We are more then wanting to meet some of the Dis people and I am more then willing to feed him.

Also know that Disney is a BYOB cruise line. Yes you are allowed to bring you own alcohol on board.

Hello there... I didn't know that... in fact that suprises me really. I also didn't know they add the tip in for the bar...not surprised by that one.

What, no Big Brother talk last night or today? :confused3

I didn't want to say anything just in case Steve or Mike/Robin didn't get to watch it last night.

Let's just say that I am happy about last night's show :woohoo: And a little shocked too

It surprises me also considering it is such a family ship. This is something that I would expect from Carnival but not Disney. Oh well it will make things cheaper for us.

I was happy with the outcome and with the HOH.

The nominations for this week up on Morty's suprised me a little, however. We'll have to see how that plays out.

Getting down to the end now. It will all be positioning. I think that some will let the alliances fracture now so that they have "friends" in the Jury.

Here's a good one I stole from the Repo thread:
