Xyron PCS... Need help!

Ok, so way back in March, I was one of the ones who ordered it from HSN.

I remember that someone had posted a specific Phone # for service, I used it, and tossed it.

So now, all these months later of using it with no issues after mat & blade replacements from Xyron, I plugged it in to cut titles and it doesn't Work!!! :furious:

It beeps then nothing, no display no movement nada!
Want to call the number that gets "results". The gal had told me I had up to a year for full replacement due to HSN having a "bad batch".
Any help will be most appreciated!

I'll see if I still have that # at home tonight when I get off and I'll post it or PM you.

I bought a PCS back in March from HSN, too, and promptly returned it. My DFi works at the HSN distrubution center and he said there were gobs and gobs of the X PCS's returned over and over. Seems their bad batch just keeps growing and growing. Good-luck with yours!
