I know they said that they were experiencing technical difficulties yesterday but even today, I'm unable to make or cancel reservations via online or on the mobile app. Is everybody else having this issue?
 
I am having the same. I was on chat with Igor and he could't understand why I was having problems. He ended up disconnecting me and I tried to call with a 60 minute hold.

Edited to add-- just on chat again and they tell me that because hours aren't out yet for January, no Fantasmic or Rivers of Light Packages - wish they'd put that on their website so I didn't keep trying all day.

I CANNOT get the online reservation page to work. It has been driving me crazy. I have had to call and deal with the wait times! Ugh...
