Vero Beach SB trip with young teens

My family is spending Spring Break at Vero Beach this year. We will have a car. I could use a few day trip adventure ideas with the 13yo girl and 15yo boy.

What are the good casual restaurants in the area? Best pizza?

For activities, I was thinking about an airboat ride, dolphin ride or an escape room. Recommendations? Any other ideas for us within a 1-2 hours driving radius?

Kennedy Space Center is about an hour and a half away and well worth the trip.
