taxi fares in L.A.

I am planning a girls trip to disneyland and L.A. It will by my mother, myself and my 11 year old. I have no desire to drive during the trip whatsoever. We will be spending the first part of our trip in disneyland and then staying at the Renassiance Hollywood for 4 nights. We wanted to stay in hollywood so we don't have to find transportation back & forth from Ananheim. Does anyone know what the taxi fare would be from the Renassiance to the following places: Warner Bros.(want to do the deluxe tour), American Girl Store and Universal.

Can anyone offer a review of the Renassiance that has stayed there. I have read good reviews on trip advisor.
