Hubby and I booked a trip to the Fort for the week after Thanksgiving, but were only able to get a tent site at the time. We have a small travel trailer that will fit on a tent site, but really wanted full hookup or higher. I've been checking and was about to lose hope, but finally today a premium site opened up! Can't wait!

Yes, persistance does pay. We have been trying to extend our December trip (which was booked over a year ago), with no luck on the website or by phone. Yesterday on a whim at 5:00 AM, I checked, and BINGO, there it was!
