No problem reaching MS.

I called MS today to book my vacation for next summer. 5 nights at BWV followed by the 7 day cruise. Called exactly at 9:00 and got right through. The whole call took about 20 minutes.

The CM, Michael, was very hrlpful and informative.

Now I just have to wait till next Aug.

Called MS this a.m. at 9 and didn't even get put on hold Can't wait to get to OKW this weekend.

To jump on the bandwagon, I called MS at 5:20 pm today, Monday, to just verify our 1 month out stay. I always do this about a month out and got right in without any wait. I suppose the question is this a good thing or a bad thing.
