Moving one hotel to another?

Hi all! We're busily trying to plan our upcoming Disney trip and we're running into a few snags. We're considering staying in a deluxe hotel for the latter half of our trip despite our tight budget. We won't be having a car. Does anyone know the best way we could move from a disney hotel to a cheap airport hotel for our last night (since we have an early flight the last night). Then, we'd need transportation from the cheap airport hotel to the airport the following morning. Does this financially make sense?? TIA
