Ok..........so I've been back on track for over a week now. YEAH Me!!!
I saw GoldCupsMom challenge to journal. I'm going to start one too. Hopefully this will keep me nice and accountable.
So for today so far. I got up at almost 11am so I decided to have a lunch type breakfast.
Breakfast:
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas (260 calories)
28g reduced fat cheddar (90 calories)
130g FF refried beans (110 calories)
145 grams homemade salsa (41 calories)
I'm trying to think of something really yummy for dinner. Something the kids will love and so will my "way of life" - I'm not going to say diet.
