It's not a 'couch' based program, but Run Disney has training plans for all the events. The 5K one starts with 10 to 13 minutes of running in the first week. The plans are by Jeff Galloway who is very well respected in the running community. I followed his plan for my first half marathon (it was at Disney!) and really enjoyed it. https://www.rundisney.com/running-training-programs/
