Bear with me, this is a little long. Will be heading to DL in a week. Was planning to do a bus tour thru GrayLine that goes is titles LA/Hollywood Experience. Here is the description:

"Experience the highlights of Los Angeles during this one-of-a kind tour! View Los Angeles’ most fascinating and historical landmarks while taking in the sites of some of your favorite television shows and movies. Walk in the footsteps of some of Hollywood’s most renowned celebrities at Mann’s’ Chinese Theatre. Explore trendy Venice Beach and Santa Monica’s 3rd street Promenade with its many café’s and unique shops. Tour includes: Los Angeles, Olvera Street, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, Farmers Market and The GROVE, Rodeo Drive and Melrose Avenue. Stops include: Mann’s Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Boulevard, Farmers Market, The GROVE and a choice of Venice Beach or Santa Monica."

So it looks like it makes 5 stops and drives around the others. Timing shows it's about 10 hours for the trip. For the cost of the trip and gratuity for the guide it'll cost about $150 (for 2 of us). Is this something we could do ourselves fairly easily? For the places where the bus would stop, are there parking lots nearby and how much? If it'll cost us $60-70 for parking for the day at all the stops, then it may be better to do the tour. I know we wouldn't have a guide if we went on our own, but we would have more flexibility. Just trying to make up my mind to keep it fairly simple and would appreciate any suggestions.
