guest staying on your points

anyone else having this problem.

make reservations twice for my nephew - told DVC to put it in his name - they told me they did.

only to receive the confirmation and find it in my name?

this is definitely not a renter - so anyone else having this problem?

Pat, I would call and confirm with MS one more time. I've always gotten confirmations in the other persons name, as long as I gave MS the name when making the initial reservation. If you changed the name after the reservation was made, that could be why the confirmatin is incorrect.

Or, maybe there has been some changes in the MS computer system over the last few months, and only the owners name prints on the hard copy? There have been a lot of policy changes lately.

that is why it is upsetting.

the MS person I talked to both times - say it was definitely in his name.

I did try to change it again. will see when I get the confirmation if it is actually in his name.
