Pineapple Dressing
Blend: 1/4 lb. butter or margarine and
1/2 cup sugar
Add 4 eggs, one at a time, stirring well. Add 20-oz. can of cushed pineapple (drained). Fold in 5 slices of cubed bread.
Bake in greased casserole 1 hour at 325 degrees.
***I usually double it and then use a 9x13 pan
This is always a big hit--have given out the recipe a LOT!
