Giving credit for recipes that aren't mine

I recently started a blog that is really intended just for my family. They always complain because I have recipes in 10 different books and 50 different websites plus I have much of them committed to memory. When I was sick recently, they struggled to find recipes to make. Of course, the blog site is free so anyone can view it but that is not my intent. However, in case anyone does stumble upon the recipes, I don't want to be accused of plagiarizing. When a recipe is copied directly from a website, I note that and put the link to the recipe. Is that acceptable or do I have to have permission to do that? Most of my recipes are not identical to the original. I have changed a few of the ingredients to met our needs. When that happens, I note that the recipe originally came from XYZ but I have made my own changes. I do not provide a link in that case. Are both of these acceptable or should I be doing something different? Thanks!
