What are the pros and cons when you use Disney?

The pros are it's quick and easy, up to 10 years repayment options, no prepayment penalties. The con is the rate are around 10.75% or 9.75%.

We decided to purchase 200 points SSR last Saturday (04/01/06). Paid the $500 deposit on the same day. We got our contract yesterday, called the QA # for corrections (my name was spelled incorrectly).

I know DVD did a credit check. We're pretty happy with the rate that we got, not really too worried about it since we plan to pay everything off in 1-2 years at the most.
